Custom orders are non-refundable.

 

It is recommended to place all orders at least 2 weeks prior to the due date.

 

Orders must be secured with a non-refundable 50% deposit that is due upon receipt of the invoice.

 

Missing the deposit payment deadline will result in a $10 late fee being applied.

 

If a deposit has been made, all outstanding payments must be settled at least 2 weeks before due date 

 

A fee of $50 will be charged for orders that fall short of the minimum requirement of 2 weeks (between 7-14 days)

 

An additional fee of $100 will apply to any orders made within 7 days of the deadline.

 

Orders can be canceled at any time due to non-payment.
